yes of course we will pay for postage, we have said on the phone today before we read the thread, that we would even send out first thing monday morning, before us getting the kit back originally purchased.

I would like to say that while it is unfortunate that the mistake happened in the first place I am very happy with the way Clare/go 4 smoke are dealing with it. This proves to me that customer service is important to them and they are a responsible vendor. It looks like the web listing was just an oversight probably due to being so busy with the new shop. I am looking forward to receiving my new kit and would like to wish them well with their new shop.

Also i would like to add that i found the go 4 smoke brand e juice that i bought at the same time good and easy to smoke/vape. Different but just as satisfying as my normal rolling baccy. I would definitely buy again.

I'm pleased to hear that this issue seems to be resolving in a manner to suit both parties It does however concern me that kits can be described wrongly by a vendor It can be difficult enough to find your first kit when new to this, so I feel very strongly that the threading on kits is as described. I am pleased to hear that this matter is now being resolved
