hello OK so tomorrow i am going to try to stop smoking  i have been smoking for 15 years ( way to long ) and it's time to stop now Ive been vaping for around 2 months to try out different e-liquids etc so i think I'm ready now so wish me luck where can i get the banners people have on there posts which tells you how long, how much money you save etc many thanks |

Good luck, we're an amazingly supportive forum so don@ be afraid to come here not just for advice but for support too or just a good old moan. The first few weeks of quitting are the hardest, but am pretty sure not many of us would go back to it over vaping now as vaping is So much better. Not just mentally and (for some) financially but more enjoyable too!!

good luck mate , i didnt think i would be able to do but here i am still vaping and i aint touched a cig in almost 3 months , it gets easier every day and its much tastier than smoking cigs

Wishing you lots of luck hitman. I hope you find giving up the stinkies as easy as I did and I was a very heavy smoker for much longer than you. If you do have any cravings for a smoke, stay strong and just vape your way through it. |
