I like your paintings - they remind me of the kind of thing that used to be featured in "Weirdo" magazine. But that maybe because it's the only similar thing I'm aware of, and I don't have a very wide knowledge or frame of reference for art.

Hi Andrew I have been known to turn out the odd pet portrait over the years..probably somewhere around the 300 mark now... as well as a few people portraits, landscapes, seascapes and such. Most of my work is commission based from word of mouth as I don't have a web site. I have used most mediums over the years but now stick mostly to Pastels.

I think your work is very.... Well done and very thought provoking !

gjdart - thanks, that is a better response than I usually get from people about my work! I run an art supplies shop, with a small gallery the the 1st floor, and I always get plenty of comments whenever I show any of my work...

(don't worry, I'm not as weird as my paintings might lead you to think! )

To have all the supplies you need to hand.. ..instead of travelling miles to stock up...or waiting days for the post
