Wanted - Dead (or alive) 510 Battery

I have some new bits winnging their way to me from Moju, to build a custom system, and I realised I am short one thing, how I am going to attach the Tank system to my dual battery (1400mah x2) with built in charger and battery monitor system.

So what I would like is if anyone would be willing to part with their dead or no longer used 510 batteries so I can get the screw attachment off it to put into my system.

I know i am a bit new to vaping but with being an electronic engineer I thought I would start out customizing things from the off.

Like on one of my other posts I am intending on building a Steam Punk one for fun once I have the working gubbings sorted.

I don't have any 501's but I do have a couple of 901's and I'm in Clevedon.

I've just cleared out a load of my deaded bits n bobs Batty . . . but I'll see if my vaping friend has any tomorrow when I see them . . . they're under strict orders to not bin anything.

I live on the outskirts of Brizol as well.

Do you mean 510 battery? never come across 501, unless thats the cigalikies.

For some reason I always used to call 510's 501's, all the numbers get well confuddling.

Thank you Perpetua, I did indeed mean 510, I think I was having flash backs to my youth where Levi's 501's were all the rage lol.

DiscoDes, thank you for the very quick reply and the offer, but as you can see I got the number wrong, and the 901's will not fit my new tank (which arrived today, woo hoo)

Brianfletch, yer I am a numpty, I really need to make sure I double check the numbers next time I post. Thank you for your offer though but I will hold out and see what Perpetua comes back with.

Maccafan - I am going to be doing it very carefully lol, the first one will be done in a safe environment with a dremmel cutting tool, so i know how they go together. after that it will be the safest and cleanest way possible.

brianfletch - I have seen them to buy but having just started out and splashing out for the kits to start up with i am very strapped for cash that is why I wanted to ask about for things and it also stopps things going into land fill which i am very much for.

The more bits and bobs i can get the more i can make with, I have cleared out an old fishing box that i am using to store it all in. I believe in karma so if i have a collection of things and someone is in need and I can help them out I will

Yer he is a star, I dont supose that any of your friends had bits and bobs that they did not want ? I am looking to build up a collection of items for moding, mishmashing, etc, and as i am a hoarder later on I am sure I would be able to do someone else a favour and supply them with something that they were after (If i have it and am not using it lol)
