Hiya andy just got home from work and I have parcels! Woo the ego battery is charging and I'm about to start filling a carto. Thank you do much! Everyone whos been so kind to send me something I cant thank you enough! Oh how do I fill the clearo? Just screw the drip tip off and drop down the side?

Clearo - yes, drip down side to max indicator. Take your time when filling carto's, I found this way they are properly soaked and you don't get any burnt taste. Can't wait to hear what you think using this kit, it is an age away from ciggalike kits!

Glad you got the cartos and stuff, agree with Tim, the stuff you have been sent should help you get off the smokes a lot easier

Tim has it spot on,also make sure you screw the tip down but not overtight.Also DONT be tempted to overfill.I did clean it before i sent it but it may have been used to vape Root Beer,so if you get Germoline,thats why.LOL

Threw a spare (new) drip tip in with the batt , cos I noticed ellen was sending cartos ,

Lol Ellen , I had a similar situation ages ago and I thought doh , so spotted that you sent carto's and thought I'd throw a spare one in ( like yourself I have loads "just in case" ) and that was just in case you forgot
