Hi again, I have been using my Skycig now for three weeks and have got to the end of my tether with the batteries! Please could I ask for some suggestions to upgrade to something that has a better battery life? I have lots of cartos and liquid but am willing to buy something that isn't 510 compatible if needs be. Than you

Go for the Riva, I got mine last week and its the best thing ever! Jason at VapeEscape does a good starter kit for £34.99 and you get a further 10% discount if you use 'allabout' in the discount bit. (Sorry not sure how to put a link in from my iPad). Get some juice and away you go. Oh and it's all compatible with the Skycig too, so n need to waste any cartridges.

Hi,
I got the e-cig wizard ego kit and you can turn the batteries of with 5 'quick' clicks.

I used to use skycig, had that for about a month as my only e-cig, then got a Riva 1100 kits just over a week ago, my skycig only now gets used when I'm out and about, I love the riva, and it's the only thing I use at home or work.

As a quick general comment, ego batteries almost always have 5 click on/off, and Rivas have 3 clicks

Thanks for the info fresarubia & Oneday. I bought my Riva kit quite a while back & it doesn't have the on/off click facility, so wasn't sure if some others were still the same.

Thanks for all your replies so far.
I do like the Riva kit and £35 isn't a lot compared to the price of fags so just before i buy it, could someone give me an idea what the battery life is like?

1-2 days depending on how much you use it. But basically it's a good all dayer, just bung it on charge at night. I love my Riva, best investment i've made in a long time. So easy to use and once you get to know the parts, so simple to clean etc.

Don't forget your Skycig cartridges will fit onto the Riva battery too, so you can use these again and again by dropping some e-liquid into them to top them up, so don't throw them.

I agree with Cambo, I'm getting 1.5 - 2 days out of mine, but always carry a spare charged battery with me as a backup, and the USB charger is great, take a couple of hours to fully recharge a battery, so you can do it at work, at home, in the car etc

Hi Gillian, I too bought a Riva kit 4 weeks ago and each battery lasts me around a day to a day and a half, i used to charge my ecig look alikes up a few times a day, you will not regret going for the Riva, the vaping experience is totally different with it, i have not used mt cig look alikes since i bought it
