Less than 2 months after buying it and the battery just stopped working last night argh!
Its definitely not needing charged and the wee blue light works but it's not passing any current through. I have tried my other battery with the tank and it's working fine.
It's a bit annoying as a new one will set me back £13 ish :-(
Ho-hum.....
Apart from this set back the vaping is going very well, no nasties - not even a temptation.

I have been keeping an eye on the posts on this site too, picking up tips when folks mention they have ordered something. I'm turning into a silent stalker on here lol.

I have learned that you get what you pay for as well. First order of juice was cheap stuff and of the 10 bottles, most were a waste (although I'm using them up mixing with strong menthol ) The chocolate chip is like a good quality chocolate, like proper dark chocolate but without the bitterness, glad I bought a low nic level as I'm vaping it with the same enthusiasm I normally reserve for eating a giant bag or Haribos! Oh, despite saying I have found 'my vape' the ninja shortly returned after my original post and I've ordered a black cherry, peach and orange/lemon samples tonight from yet another vendor just in case........

Oh, meant to say - my caramel juice (aka broccoli flavour) seems to have lost it's yucky taste after sitting in the cupboard for 2 weeks and mixes very well with vanilla!

Evening all, just thought I would post to reminisce as talk about 'my journey' in true x-factor style........
So, 4 weeks ago (ish) I took delivery of a Skycig and found this site. I made my first post and stated quite clearly I only wanted to buy pre-filled carts as I couldn't be bothered with juice or refilling etc.
So, I am now hooked on my Riva, have ordered and received juice from a few vendors (still to find my holy-grail vape though).
Tomorrow the nice post-man should be bringing me a pile of spares for my Riva and a some pixie juice........
What was that about Ninja's?

Wow, I turn my back and there are 9 replies! It's really hard to get started with the juice and I'm now a bit suspicious that the first vendor I used perhaps doesn't sell the best (going by the reviews on another thread I was looking at).
However, the 'broccoli' flavoured one did come from a highly praised vendor so I suspect that's my taste buds!
I do fancy cherry/menthol so will have a look at that one and coffee sounds good too although I do drink loads of coffee so wonder if my taste buds will be too used to that?
The good thing with the flavourless ones though is I can mix some menthol in with it to eek out the menthol juice a bit more!

Hi, (my first post away from the newbie section ) I have only been using liquid for 2 weeks (first week skycig carts) and am having trouble finding many that I like. I love menthol but would like to have something else for a change but don't fancy the baccy flavours. So far I have tried the following:- Cherry - I like that and will always have some as it's hubbies favourite. Orange, ginger and caramel - didn't taste like anything so used it to mix with menthol. Chocolate caramel - bleugh, tastes like broccoli........ Vanilla - so so, can vape but not fussy either way Blueberry - loved that one So, does anyone have any recommendations and also what vendor did you use? Thanks

Actually, I have just been thinking, I have just been sitting watching the tele with a bag of sour cream & chive pretzels and an onion and garlic dip.
I'll bet that's what the problem is, trying to vape something sweet when I'm stinking of garlic, onions and chives!!!!
I better switch to menthol and try again tomorrow.

I have had a sniff at the chocolate caramel one and I can smell a cocoa powder smell and no broccoli!

I've just started experimenting with the juices as we had Skycigs to start with and just got our Riva's last week so each flavour is a new experience. We started vaping just under 3 weeks ago and had a small amount of tobacco left so had our last nasty 8 days ago (apart from 3 I found in the bathroom drawer and sneaked on Monday and Tuesday last week ) so it's all very new to us.

Hi all, I have been spending a lot of time reading various posts and there seems to be a lot of people who have problems with their taste buds and can't really taste anything. My problem is a bit different, I really think my taste buds have turned at bit wonky. I bought a caramel juice which arrived yesterday and I started vaping it this morning. All I could taste was burnt sugar, almost like home made toffee that has stuck to the bottom of the pan. My husband thought it just tasted like caramel so the juice is fine. I have now moved onto Chocolate Caramel which tastes like, broccoli (I kid you not!) and again hubby says it's fine! Is this just a passing phase as broccoli juice isn't that nice to be honest. (As part of my previous order from a different vendor I had loads of things and only really liked the blueberry and menthol. I also had orange and ginger which tasted of nothing to me so it's a bit frustrating).

Well, last week I bought 10 bottles of juice and I have taken a liking to menthol and hubby likes cherry. Not even got round to trying half of them yet either So, I have bought a 30ml cherry and menthol as that's what we like. Also bought a 10m caramel and a chocolate caramel for me to try. I wanted to get an extra clearomisers for me so I can I have one for menthol and one for everything else and hubby wanted 2 spares for some reason so that makes 3! I think I will need to make do with that lot for a couple of weeks until the tobacco savings vs Ecig spend evens out again!l
