A little bit more response from UKV now, going to tally up numbers after the weekend and get an idea of definite date and time and then I may let them know on the pit & will contact vapour trails TV

Ellen, they don't like me as they C&P'd our vendors & discount list without either asking if it was OK or giving reference to where they had got it from. When I mentioned that it was a tad out of order I was banned Ban was later lifted but still have a 50% warning for being disruptive to their forum & posting unaproved links in my signature

Right peoples, time to get this organised

Please can people reply to say if they can/will attend, at the moment the date is set at Friday 9th November. If you can't make this day but would definitely attend on another, then please suggest a day/date you can make and we will see what we can sort out.

Any alternative day/dates need to be after 9th November, I can't do earlier.

The sooner we get it nailed down the sooner I can see what I can do to make the evening more interesting
