Cam no longer UK GG supplier

Oh dear . . . although I can't think it's an easy or straightforward life being a GG re-seller.

Total madness when you get a shipment, then nothing until the next one . . . other than being badgered as to when that might be.

From Cam's site . . . .

Dear customers, due to circumstances out of our control, we regret to announce that we will no longer be collaborating with the supplier, Imeo.

Regrettably we now must undertake the process of refunding all outstanding pre-orders to customers. Where we can we will endeavour to contact customers via email to see if we can partially fill existing orders.

We would like to reassure customers that all outstanding pre-orders will be refunded via Paypal, and as quickly as possible. We would kindly ask that you allow up to one week for this as we process the list,we would appreciate you patience.

In the spirit of good customer service we have requested that the final stock order be fulfilled so as to not inconvenience everyone but unfortunately we have not been able to agree on this possibility. We have however been told by Imeo, that all outstanding pre-orders will be handled by the Greek supplier at www.e-smokeguru.gr .

As we have large stockpiles of parts the store will be open for some time to come. We will have a big stocktake in two weeks, so please keep an eye on the website around this time.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their support.

This is why i think Vapist will end up stocking GG goodies.

Can then be the UK supplier of all top end devices.

No i won't i'm kidding i'm pretty sure i would want to take up the hastle it seems to be - May be more underlying issues than present on the forums but i do hope those that use them get some sort of solution

I know that cam is very popular and no doubt has worked very hard, and I genuinely wish him good fortune, but I would so love vape escape or ukecigstore or any other tried and tested vendor to take the reigns on this.

Vassillis the Greek GG seller has been up until now, been very, very good . . . great comms, speedy delivery ( I've had GG stuff from him in 3/4 days ) . . . if he can sort out a CC payment option, then I'd have no issue buying from him.

If PayPal hadn't have played silly beggars, then that would have still been an option.

I asked Imeo if any priority would be given to pre existing orders, He has just replied to say that no need for priorities and if I place my order then I will receive the goods.

Sorry for you guys that have stuff on pre-order, can't say that I would be too reassured by Imeo's posts on ECF that Cam "should" refund all the money, what if he isn't able to? Who's responsible?

We have the quote from Cam's site too, that would stand up I would have thought, Im reasonably confident we wouldnt have to resort to legal measures.

Cam has said this Ellen, on his site . . . he's a decent chap, I can't see anyone not getting their money back, though it might take a little while to sort it all out.

I wouldn't touch anything GG with a bargepole if I was a vendor , from what I've seen over the last 2 years it sounds like too much hassle
