Cam no longer UK GG supplier

Dear customers, due to circumstances out of our control, we regret to announce that we will no longer be collaborating with the supplier, Imeo.

Regrettably we now must undertake the process of refunding most outstanding pre-orders to customers. Where we can we will endeavour to contact customers via email to see if we can partially fill existing orders.

We would like to reassure customers that all outstanding pre-orders will be refunded via Paypal, and as quickly as possible. We would kindly ask that you allow up to one week for this as we process the list, we would appreciate your patience.

In the spirit of good customer service we have requested that the final stock order be fulfilled so as to not inconvenience everyone but unfortunately we have not been able to agree on this possibility. We have however been told by Imeo, that all outstanding pre-orders will be handled by the Greek supplier at www.e-smokeguru.gr .

As we have large stockpiles of parts the store will be open for some time to come. We will have a big stocktake in two weeks, so please keep an eye on the website around this time.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their support.

On a more serious note, I did see Imeo had made mention of UK supply issues and finance woes a few weeks back so the writing was on the wall so to speak. In a fairness if another supplier can take this over and make it a slicker operation it can only benefit all of us.

And not stirring, but if you are worried about not getting money back etc and paid on a credit card then you can always get the CC to reimburse you no hassles. Sure it won't come to that but just in case.

Unlikely - Imeo does not like his resellers having other mod lines - historically he's knocked them back. You sell GG, the stuff to make them work, and that's it.

I'm with you chrissie, absolutely. I've never dealt with vapist so don't know him, but I'm hopeful, excited even that imeo is gonna pick one of the big names that we all know. I'm hoping jason or atif will get onto this. I'm not suggesting we will get stuff quicker, but let's face it, those guys appear to have better infrastructure when it comes to communication.

That's quite a crap business model for someone then? If Imeo doesn't produce enough stock then you make zero money, the UK GG site was always out of stock therefore there can't be much profit to be made?

Worst business model ever tbh, unless he has massive retainers. but if i remember correctly, goldengreek was a subsidiary of another ecig business, the name escapes me.

I feel for you skwoddy but I think you'll all be ok.
I can only assume that the pre order money went to imeo shortly after you paid it. In which case the Greek supplier will deal, or cam still has your pre order money? I in which case he will refund.

Indeed - and they sold no other mods than the GG - the new site, I think, was basically to get rid of a whole host of bugs in the backend...

But check out clouds of vapor - no "boutique" mods - only generally available stuff like lavatubes and vmax - but no cubes, or genesis hybrids - only GG kit.

The idea is that Cam refunds, and you re-order from the Greek vendor.
