premium charger needed

no i have not yet but i will tuesday.
the thing is there was something wrong with the charger before the TW one was charging, only i didnt know there was a problem with it.
as ive said i did phone the supplier regarding the flashing lights i was advised to try other batteries as maybe they were faulty, so i charged the other 2 14500 which flashed on and off after a short time and then i charged the TW one as i knew it to be a good working one that has been used in rotation with 5 others for 6 to 8 weeks and charged with the nano every 3 days or so.
when the TW batt was charging the light was just red, implying to me that the 14500 were either charged or faulty.
i used one of the 14500 in my ggtb and it lasted about an 2 hours max, so they were not charged.
i do have some concerns now regarding that battery but if the charger was ok then there should not have been a problem, that said i think your suggesting that the TW batt should have cut out/vented or whatever safe is supposed to do.
the thing is im not prepared at this time to send the battery or the charger to either supplier, i will only do this when my issues are satisfied.
i realise they will want to do tests on them which i have no problem with, but once there out of my possession there is no proof of anything apart from the photos.
