Have been Vaping for a while now just using the standard Ego and CE4/ CE5s
I am getting to the point where I am thinking about splashing out on one of the high end rebuildables but there are so many out there.
Have heard alot about the Penelope but is that just because its been about for longer than the others?
Was hoping to get some advise from the people who have been around for a while and may have a couple of different rebuildables to compare.

Hi Spike. I have a Penelope and have tried a few of the other fibreglass wick rebuildables, but haven't tried the stainless mesh genesis types. The Penelope is the bees knees, I can't recommend it highly enough.
HOWEVER - to get the best from a rebuildable of any description, you really need a variable voltage device to put it on. A Twist at least if not a lavatube or Provari. My advice would be to get a vv battery first, experiment with something like a mini vivi nova which lets you swap heads, and see how you go before splashing out on something high end

We have the Foggatti about to hit the scene, why not wait for a few reviews, it seems very good indeed.

I'd agree with Oneday, a VV device of some description would be on my wish list before a rebuildable Spike . . . so you can get the best from whatever you screw into it.
Got to say, although I like the Penelope, the Odysseus beats it for me anyway.
The Spheroid is also another to consider . . . .

Cheers peeps. Have Already got an internediate VV mod device on the way untill I have decided whether i want a Lavatube or Provari. Whatever High end rebuildable I get I'm not planning on screwing it into a standard ego battery. Just wouldnt look rite for a start

Also I think I am leaning towards something with a fibreglass wick. Does anywhere actually have the Penelope in stock?

The Vivi Nova is a great inexpensive Tank system Spike, plus you can rebuild the heads if you want some coil building practise. The V2 Spheroid could be one to seriously consider as it gets great reviews and hopefully will be a little more easily obtainable.

Have already played alot with the type of rebuildable head on the CE5s which are almost identical to the novas. Bought a batch of 50 spare heads that were all very poorly done so have had to go through the lot myself
