Better really late then never! Hello Christy, Pat yourself on the back... you have just made one of the best decisions of your life! I was a 20 a day smoker (Marlboro Gold) and stopped dead on New Years Eve having vaped in unison with a few ciggies for a week or so. I won't say that I don't have to odd urge to spark up here and there but on the whole, I can honestly say that I haven't missed the fags and not once have I ever actually considered going through with the urge. Also, I am/was in the same boat... I enjoyed a smoke! You'll get loads of support, great advice and friendly encouragement here... and not one judgemental voice. Follow the best advice I was given here when I invaded... it came from Chrissie I belive but has been repeated by many others... if you 'have' to have a cigarette, then have one... but don't count the cigarettes you've smoked, count the ones you haven't!
