Got one of these and love it to bits apart from when i fill it up,ii close air flow and close juice flow remove top cap and fill with juice. Open airflow and chamber/carto is flooded i have to suck out around 1ml of juice before its vaping as it should any help on refilling or anyway to get juice bck into tank rather than me sucking it out.

It's ages since I used my UFS I must admit Gaz . . . I seem to vaguely remember removing the mouth piece as well , after refilling and re-assembly. . . to help prevent a vacuum happening.
I could have remembered incorrectly though, Hifi/ Gordy/Luner are all UFS users, maybe when they're online next, they'll be able to chip in with some better advice than mine.

when you connect the carto on to the 510 connector are you making sure the juice control bit isnt stopping it screw all the way home? i cant think where else the juice could be coming in ....could be also worth sucking on the UFS before you open the air control to equalise the air pressure a touch

Is that my old UFS Gaz?
Used to get that occasionally after I'd stripped it and washed it but the biggest culprit was the carto's as they're not all created equal, had one batch that were uneven around the base and the juice control couldn't form a seal on them.
Also, are you filling the tank right to the top? If so, try leaving a two or three mm gap between the juice and the top of the tank as pressure can build when your screwing the lid on.

Nice one Gaz Its getting a proper seal on the base of the carto now, try a 510 atty in it too as you may get better taste from them, that long mouthpiece will reach them ok, have to keep it wet though as a dry hit off a 510 atty in there will cross your eyes for you
