If you have all paid via Paypal, you have up to 45 days to make a claim. Though I'm hoping it wont come to that.

Hi Guys, Sorry about the late orders!! Been bloody busy over here and have had a few stock issues due to the speed of orders coming in. I have got back to most of you via email. Those who have ordered riva's may have to get a refund, or alternatively I can upgrade you to a more expensive e cig due to stock levels. Sorry for lack of communication, trying my best to keep on top of things but i'm running the business alone at the moment and its been a bit tricky. Orders a slowing down a bit now so communication and shipping should be back to normal. Thanks so much to everyone who has placed an order so far, you've been a real help.

Thank you Freddo for replying to my email & coming here, as requested, to reassure everyone that you are dealing with the issues.
However, I do hope that those who ordered Rivas will either get an upgrade or refund quickly.

Just looked into my PayPal account and the payment was never sent despite going through the checkout process and redirect both times, might be a good idea to check if your order hasn't appeared. The website is down now BTW (and it's not just me, I checked with a lookup service)
