Chrissie not your fault and maybe he will pop in to defend himself but it does seem like he has over sold but his zero response is a big no no it makes things look more like it was his intention Maybe that's just my thoughts and I will be the first to say sorry if the guy gets in touch but I am not holding my breath

Hi There,
Email has been down due to a change of servers, I really do understand why some maybe angry, but i assure you all emails will be dealt with tonight, and orders/refunds/replacements dealt with tomorrow. Email and site is now fully functional and working so I can carry on as normal. Everyone will receive compensation for delays and hopefully you will have your goods by the end of the week !

Fred thanks for posting so prompt i really do hope you can do something for us but certainly a response would be the minimum I would want if something isn't right, but saying that I am and have been giving you the benefit of the doubt but when you say end of the week I do hope that we will receive something by saturday . After that if I hear nothing I will have no option but to place a claim with paypal

Colli I emailed Fred again, hence his response here. I'm not going to make any excuses for him, but it does look like he is going to sort things out.

I understand, if you want to put in the claim, I have no qualms with that. All delayed orders will be shipped tomorrow, most emails have been responded too now. I am just in the process of recovering some emails that were lost. If emails go down again, I will be back here to update. I really do understand the frustration and it is all totally fair, but i assure you, I am working as hard as possible to get everything back on track! thanks for being so patient all. Fred

Freddo unfortunately the site only has 1 boge leo in stock and numerous v2 bottom feed mods which wont be any good for a couple of newbies that they were intended for

I have sent Fred an email for a refund to my PayPal account for money paid to him for the purchase of two Riva Kits which turned out to be out of stock. He did promise an upgrade to the Ego's these were also out of stock. There is nothing left on his sight that is any good to me. It has been a nightmare trying to sort this out & I hope Fred will do the right thing & return my money as soon as possible or I will have to put the matter in dispute with PayPal.
I know a few people have had their orders delivered ok & good luck to them. I know Colin is in the same boat as me.
Sorry it has come to this.

Tom I have just sent a similar email in my opinion this guy should not be in business the relevent items were in stock when I ordered and they appear to have been sold to someone else the upgrade was not forthcoming and the offer of an extra £7 totaling £40 is a mystery to me as there was nothing on the site that would come close to my original order.
It maybe an assumption on my part but it feels like we were given the extra £7 to help shift the last of his stock instead of a refund.
shocking behaviour is not even close in my opinion it is not surprising he is having to close his business if this is they way to treat customers.
I did note he was selling his franchise on another website stating over 2000 customers I wonder how many were happy.
thankfully people like this do not affect our other vendors who bend over backwards to put things right if they ever get it wrong
The lack of communication was an issue for me as again it seems he only came back on here after Chrissie chased him to respond and i have still yet to get a personal response via email just a bog standard offer that was a mailshot to all those that didn't receive their orders
Sorry fred a big thumbs down from me and I want reimbursement

I agree Colli, a £7 voucher is as good as useless if there is nothing left to spend it on.
Come on Freddo, refund these good people before they have to put in a claim via Paypal.

2000 customers when he has been out of business for a year doesnt seem quite right i had a discount voucher offered to me as compensation when i had to wait 8 months for a refund... blow that, wont catch me handing over any more money
I hope Fred pulls his finger out and get you guys sorted
