Tell me about it, sods law at the moment! 1 step forward, 2 steps back!! Most people should have recieved their orders, bar a few due to stock issues. Everyone will be contacted and dealt with accordingly, and recieve compensation for any delays! The site/emails should be live again in a few hours....bloody technology. How many on here still waiting for their refunds/orders
despite a couple of emails and his site being down (back up now) and an alternative email address he has still not responded to myself and at least one other.
reckon this one needs to go back to paypal

IMHO, it's not good enough that Freddo for starters allowed more stock than he had to be sold & secondly hasn't replied to you. Therefore I do think it may be best to put in a PayPal claim within the next few days, unless he sorts things in the meantime.

I guess there may be others, but due to the lack of response (nearly 2 weeks) I reckon our best bet would be to seek a refund from paypal which is a shame as this is a first for me, yes had a delay once or twice but 2 weeks and not hearing anything from them at all other than a post on here and a bog standard email doesnt bear well.
Thankfully there are some very good vendors on here, maybe they should have their stars back so we know who is active on here as a member as well as a seller would then show others their reputation as both member and vendor
