What drip tip are you using Gengus . . . there's quite a few vapers who are allergic to the Delrin types and report similar issues to you, with burning/swollen lips.
Are you using a different liquid to normal in it as well?

Hi Perpetua
I'm just using an ego type A tank. I swap it over and it's fine in a normal Ego ???

Could be condensation building up, has it got a little cap right at the end of the mouth bit?

The bit you put in your mouth, take the very end cap off, see if it helps at all, for some reason, some are a lot worse than others at gunking up with condensation then plonking it on your lips, see if it helps.

Also gengus make sure you don't leave your finger on the button even for a split second after you finish inhaling, as vapour will continue to be produced, if it's a very troublesome cap, try taking your finger off of the button a split second brfore you finish inhaling
