Any hairdressers?

I need advice bit of a home dye disaster going on in my bathroom! Biiigggg ops.

is it green or orange, they're usually the disasters that happen? need more details to determine....not a hairdresser but i've sat in the chair for 9 hours or more on different occassions(as a model for hair shows) so might be able to assist?

It's always fixable don't worry and a nice hat in the meantime will be a god send! Luckily it's not warm weather so you can get away with it!

Lol it was deep red and I wanted to go back to dark blonde so with my knowledge of home bleaching (before red I was white) I thought bleach it out then colour on top. Sounds simple yes? Noooooo it went orange/pink which I was expecting to be able to cover with dark blonde dye but its looking very dark brown not the colour it should be not washed off the dye yet though.

You haven't tried bleaching out black have you??

Hope it's not too bad and easily fixed

Don't worry if it looks dark now, I use medium ash blonde and it always looks very dark while it is developing and darker than expected until after the first post colour wash.

Ohhhhh hope it goes well, sometimes it looks a funny colour while the dye is on, m daughters hair is blonde but she has a bright pink streak put in, I prefer it when it goes candy floss pink at the mo it is so bright it s almost beet root

I got the kitchen scissors out last night & cropped my long hair into a kind of bob, so maybe not the best person to give advice

However, I do know that getting rid of red isn't easy. Only way I've done it in the past is to go for a medium to dark brown first

Grrrrrrr it's terrible oh well will be buying a medium brown dye tomorrow! I've got to go to work tomorrow! At the mo I have white roots and ginger middles and blonde ends I'm a stripy tiger lol

My mum cut my sisters hair into a bob by putting it into a ponytail. She had very long straight hair and it was cut because she wouldn't look after it, min was always cu short because it was very curly , I have to say I was a tiny bit pleased when my mum did that to my sister because I always wanted long straight hair

Don't worry too much if your anything like mrs storm all your hair will be on the pillow in the morning after all the bleaches fixes and dyes

Sorry, I can't offer any advice.... Can't remember whether it was his emo stage, or his goth stage but my son asked me to help him dye his hair jet black. I followed the instructions to the letter so I don't know why he ended up with a patchy, pinky, purply mop ??? After umpteen washes, it didn't look any better so he shaved the lot off!
