I got spare o rings with mine when i bought it The tank and posts fit perfectly and look great, i do have a coil problem though. both on this and my new cobra i am getting a hot glowing wire at the top of the coil where it goes over to the post, i have the wick bent over so its as close to the post as i can get it, i've re coiled a couple of times on both devices but it wont go away ? Both are vaping well but every now and again i'm getting a harsh burnt taste , .2 kanthal 1.3 ohms 500 mesh , my first attempt must have been luck as it worked a treat, i'm using a blow torch for oxidising and i'm fairly sure its well done , the wick is black and wet, any ideas what i'm doing wrong ?

Could be wrong but it sounds as if (with pulling the wick over) you are biting into the oxidisation on the wick

I couldn't get my Aga-T working properly with the new SigMax, I have a couple so swapped center tubes and center posts and thought it worked but same old problem came straight back and I was getting "Low Load" error which I believe means too low resistance. My new Blue glass tank came today so I put my thinking cap on to try figure this out and sorted and all I could come up with was it must be grounding enough through the mesh wick and onto the base to cause the low load error (the SigMax is very touchy with this) so I drilled out the wicking hole to the same size as the center hole that takes the center pin, then used a spare rubber grommet in the wicking hole to isolate the wick then I had to make my wick slightly thinner so it wasn't too tight in the grommet. I made a 4/5 wrap coil from .20 Kanthal giving me a 2 Ohm reading, then starting at 3V and no juice I started pulsing the switch and only the top coil glowed at first but carried on pulsing and gradually upping the voltage until eventually I was at 4.2V and all the coils glowed red. Filled her up with my favourite tobacco juice, set the SigMax at 8 Watts and it's smoking like a stream train and wicking superbly and looks very good too with the new tank. Very productive vaping day today so i'm calling it quits for the day while i'm in front and enjoying a good vape. Some pics...
