Penelope - how much does yours stick out

Hey Ducky, What's the Guevera like? Since I got my Penny it has only been filled with Puros and I love it.

The Guevara? Lovely (now). Bought both the Guevara and Virginia Prime and had far preferred the VP until I got the Penelope. Now the Guevara is coming into it's own - not unlike the Puros but richer, more complex and less sweet and nutty - tastes as good as a good cigar smells.

Thought I'd post an update just in case somebody stumbles across this thread years from now. Delighted to say my problems are no more. Had been trimming the wick on the posi side down to the bottom of the o-ring on the centre post. Made (yet) another coil but this time trimmed it above the o-ring at the base of the nut above and it's made the world of difference. Surprised that such a minor adjustment could yield such a different result.

Also picked up my Provari Mini today - good lord, I thought all the hype about them delivering a smoother vape than other mods was just that. Coupled with the Penny I am in Vape-heaven.

oh so were you getting wick under the O ring so it wouldnt seal correctly? i trim mine just under the ceramic housing by the positive wire locking screw

Must've been the case Gordy - didn't look long enough to do it but can't see any other explanation. Also put a bit of extra lubrication on the plastic spacer but if I had a good seal at the base that shouldn't have been a significant enough factor.

Have to say that I seem to have found my perfect vaping set up now and I can stop searching for new hardware and just enjoy the juice.

the pennys are spot on mate ...once you have ironed out any issue you may have then they perform exactly as expected every time

Ooh ooh - another improvement.... Sat the coil a little higher in the ceramic and not a single gurgle never mind a leak. Best flavour yet. Liking this little beauty more by the day - going back to the mini vivi's during the day at work is becoming more of a struggle.
