I have just rigged up a couple of atties with one about 1.5ohms and one at 2.8ohms that I can put my multimeter on while in use on a battery. So I`ll be getting an "on load reading". Be interesting to see how they test out

The z-max is a pulse mod so the readings that you get won't mean much i'm afraid

i have sent the test results off to paypal.

its in there hands now. i done what i felt was right, as has been stated this is not a product recall by smok it is me doing it off my back.
even though i believe Smoktech should be doing the self same thing. but what can you say to that.

If other vendors want to take the same stance that is upto them. i know i couldn't sell the unit the way it was working for the price it was being sold at.

Now i have tried a V2 version i can clearly see how much of a difference there really is between the two settings.

im sure some people are happy with them. but i felt it was wrong for the v1 to be sold when clearly it was wrong and they already have the v2 ready to sell.

i have gone out of my way to source the V2 from another vendor as smok wont be sell to me.

which is now in stock and the website is now back up.

and some say im bad with my support. im just me no one else i dont have staff to help with making juices packing parcels sorting orders replying to emails and anything else that needs doing. i do my best if its not good enough for some so be it
