Syringes & needles - sizes?

What size syringes and needles do people find most useful for mixing?

I use everything from 1ml to 100ml syringes and 14, 16, & 18 guage neddles (mostly the larger bore needles for VG, Nic, etc). I also use the larger syringes without needle and fill from the top for quantaties over 30ml, or it takes an age to suck the liquid up.

Mostly 1ml for small quantities, as more acurate.

Another ditto from me . . . I don't bother with needles on large syringes for PG/VG either and also use the 1mls for smaller quantities of liquid, as I find it difficult to see the markings on pipettes.

I also find that pepettes tend to leave liquid inside, whereas a syringe will push all liquid out. Especially if you slightly pull air into it before sucking liquid in.

I use 1 ml and 5 ml ones.
