Been using the mini nova with the ego-t 1000mah battery for a few weeks. No problem. Just took I apart (the tank) put a new head in. Put it back together and now it won't work. I press the button and it flashes then goes off.
I tried both batteries (I got 2 in my starter kit) same thing. Tried them with a clearomizers and they work fine.
Any ideas how I can fix it?
Thanks.

Could be the connector pin on the battery has sunk a little. try very gently easing it up slightly with a cocktail stick

try not to put it on too tight, unwind a turn, try it on another battery, depending on that result, replace the head?

I have a couple of mini nova's and i have noticed if i tighten them up i can’t draw from them, so i have to loosen the top cap of a bit before it works. It’s worth a go.
Sorry i mean the top cap, maybe not enough air getting in

This happened to me the other day.
I'd somehow managed to unscrew the new head when i'd reassembled it, so it was loose on the top of the tank.

Tried to loosen it some. No joy.
I'll empty it and check the head. I have spare heads too so if that doesn't work I'll try a different head.

Looks like the new head is shorting..
Unscrew it and put your old head in and see if it is the head.
Then refit the new head back and see what happens when you put it on the ego..If it does the same thing again, it's a dud head I am afraid..

Most electronic circuits I deal with at work generally have short circuit protection , as in rather than let the circuit take a full load and blow everything , they will just shut down ,
so basically just what macca said

Thank you . Did as above and it is a dud head. It's brand new. Got it from vape escape. So I know it wasn't me that messed up lol.
