Well I've gone all this morning which is a worst case scenario for me - weekend and the morning would normally have seen me smoking at least 2 of my three cigs allowed - and I haven't had any yet. Mind you, the Twist has been having a good old hammering along with the 24mg juice, still at least I haven't had a smoke so it's doing it's job. I just hope it lasts!!

Woohoo! Well done Graham, I think you might have cracked it this time! Well done, and it doesn't matter if the Twist is hammered flat, you've cut out even moroe of your fags so great result. Keep us posted

If you have an atty at say 3.2ohm, you may need higher voltage to get the best out of it.

The beauty of VV is being able to adjust to the best setting for the atty/juice you are using.

Awww, I'm so pleased you're happier with your new vaping set up Graham and I'm sure you'll feel even happier with yourself if you find that you can do without those three ciggies every day.

I've actually got three different vv batteries that I barely touch because I don't really "get" all this stuff about ohms and volts etc, so I'm scared of playing about with them in case I make anything burn, short, or, explode or something. I don't know whether it's an age thing, because I'm blonde or because I'm just thick but I do know I really should get my act together and have a proper go with them, or I'll never know what I'm missing out on.

You will find that not all juices will be happy at one particular voltage,different ingredients make the juices vapourise at different voltages,SWMBO has a tank full of GVC on an Ego C and its not too good,so i bought her a mini LT yesterday.As soon as i swap the tank to my LT its fine.

I think for me it's not just the extra nicotine (although it might be) but I do like having all this extra vapour and I think that could be contributing to me not wanting the cigs so much. I did have a quick urge at about 3 this afternoon but I was out in town and didn't have any cigarettes on me so I just got my Twist out and pulled on that for a bit, the urge passed within minutes and I forgot all about it, so it's been a good day for me today.
