dripping

This is probably a really stupid question but ive heard lots of people talking about dripping and its really intriguing me, i am thinking that dripping is were you just put juice a few drops at a time on the atomiser is this correct ?? and i have just purchased a thundervolt from 2smok on their weekend offer and was wondering what atomisers/drip tip would be suitable to use on this. i am fairly new to vapeing but i'm trying to explore things so i can find what is right for me.

another silly question - are 510 threads different to ego ???

On an ego/riva battery the outside threads are ego threads and the inside ones 510. The thunderbolt you have bought will be 510. Things like cartomisers and Vivi Novas will fit fine but things like vision clearomisers which are 'skirted' will need a 510-ego adapter.

yes ,dripping is were you just put juice a few drops at a time on the atomiser, you can drip on any atomiser , the first time you use a brand new atomisers you mend to put a few drops on it to open it up anyway .
However, for newbies , i do not recommend to use drip tips methods just because it could be very messy
I personally use trip tips method just to try out the flavors but not for normal vaping

I've been disappointed with dripping e-liquid into an atomiser and taking a few puffs. I thought it would be the purest way to taste-test a liquid, but I'm not convinced.

I bought two atomisers, one tasted rubbish from the first moment and never got better. The other is fine.

Buy one, give it a try, but don't splash the cash too hastily.

Get a £5.00 one and see how you go.

PS. Karma - I have a RIVA and everything seems to fit on it. Have I just been lucky?

Yep, all 510 and ego connections will fit a Riva Perhaps I didn't explain well? The thunderbolt looks like the original black LT. It has a 510 connection, some ego fitting misers will not fit without an adapter on it

So, a RIVA can do both (one inside, one outside) and a 510 "only" will need an adapter?

Can standard joyetech batteries (C,s T,s mini's etc.) do both?

I get it - So a mini nova uses the inside threads but a Vision V3 uses the outside. (How silly, I'd never noticed... )
