Hey everyone, I've been enjoying my starter kit for a few days now, however I have noticed that now, after I fill the liquid container bit, and press the button on the battery, the LED light on the button flashes 3 times, then nothing happens. The battery is fully charged. I have also attempted to clean the connection between the battery and the bottom of the cartridge, however this has not been successful. I have also tried using both batteries, this hasn't resolved the problem. I've also ensured that the battery is switched on too. Getting a bit annoyed. Any suggestions? For reference, this is the starter kit I've got: www.ecigwizard.com/shop/en/electronic-cigarette-starter-kits/525-ecig-starter-bundle-vision-ego-kit.htmlthanks in advance Lamdac0re

Have you got a spare Vision Clearomizer? (liquid container) You may find that the coil has shorted or there is a problem with the head (the bit that contains the coil and wick) Tis all I can think of for now - but you'll need to put something else onto the battery to test.............I'm sure more folk will come up with some better suggestions later best of luck!

No, dont have spare anything, other than spare battery I think it's the liquid container, as the battery works ok, with the container on, then when i starting screwing it together, it'll get to a certain point on the thread (I think when connection between battery and container occurs), that the light starts flashing on the battery.... I'll call E-Cig Wizard on Monday, as having the product for less than a week and becoming faulty is just not good enough. Thanks for the input

Clearomizers can be prone to that, if you wind it on and fires and vapes, you're sorted, and can vape. It is one of the occupational hazards of using them, it does mean it is a little wibbly wobbly not being tight, but if it vapes, and you can vape, that's what matters - but be sure to give them a call and they'll help you Do try and have backups of backups, of backups, does help

Hopefully E-Cig will be able to help though, I'm not looking for money back, just something that works and isn't going to become faulty.

Is the clearomizer rebuildable? If it is, - (throwing you in the deep end here) but you could dismantle, re-build - and put it back together - check it fires, load it up - vape away.........the picture tells me it isn't a re-buildable, but thought I'd see if it was - nothing to lose at the moment

Just to check, when you screw the battery onto the charger, it flashes 5 times to let you know it's about to charge? When it's charged the charger light is green?
How tight are you screwing the clearomizer on? If you have done it too hard 1 time or screwed the battery onto the charger too tight, then you might have pushed the centre pin down.

just a thought!, clean the battery connector & the connector of the charger with a cotton bud, they get gunked up with juices

Like Chiller, I think there's a possibility you may have pushed your connector pin down, short video with a fix . . . which could be worth a try before contacting ECW.

Ahh, the trusty Vision eGo clearomisers.
Mine don't work from new. Never. Period. Everything is good to go, the lights are on, but there's nobody home.
On a RIVA, you have to lift up the battery centre pin.

Thanks for all the help guys, when i connect the cart to the battery, (and make a connection), the battery flashes about 12/13 times...
If i leave it for a long time, I'll get one vape from it and then it'll repeat above...

Did you try lifting the centre pin a little, as that was the problem I was having a few days ago
