This really takes the biscuit...

I couldn't believe this when I heard it. Bear with me, cos I need to explain first.

Mr Fan went back to his home town yesterday, to watch the rugby with his mates up there in the pub that used to be his local. This was a previously vaping friendly pub, with a fair few vapers going in there, and vapers who were putting a fair amount of money over the bar.

When he got there, he was told that vaping had been banned. Not because non-smokers had complained, oh no.


The SMOKERS had complained because they still had to go outside to the shelter.

I am absolutely flabbergasted by this, completely and utterly gob-smacked. Apparently the one couple stormed out and haven't been back since, and I can't say that I blame them.

Disgusting isn't it and the only ones who lose out will be the pub owners !

The smokers were jealous of the none smokers? seems crazy doesnt it. The owner may change his mind when he sees the takings going down

Bonkers Fan . . . had the Landlord had a bit more savvy about him, he'd have got some disposables in to sell to his smoking customers.

can't understand landlords that stop vaping in there pubs ;-( more so when you do have a vaper customer base
