+1 for Des's recommendation to get an atomiser for tasting juices. If you fill up a cartomiser and don't like it - it is difficult to clean it out. With an atomiser it is easy.

There are 2 on THIS page on Paradise Vapes, the silver is a standard resistance and the black is a low resistance, the low resistance will vape a bit warmer, i'd get both, they will be fine with your kit. You don't need any cartridges, just a drip tip (if you did'nt get one with your kit) then have a read up on the forum about dripping.

Yes, to "drip" you drop 3 - 4 drops of liquid directly in the bottom, have 4 or 5 puffs drip in again, puff, drip etc...

No, I don't think they are the same. Cartomisers have cotton wool sort of stuff in them, which you don't really want to try and wash out. You could try pulling the wool out, but I think you'd just destroy the cartomiser.

Yes they are cartomisers, you can use them to drip however if you remove the wadding.
