Yesterday at about 2:30 I placed an order for 400ml of liquid from mistEliquid.co.uk and this morning it arrived, very well packed and with a nice free sample.
I understand this vendor has had some problems in the past but I guess that's just life.
I can honestly say that I will have no problems in ordering again as the communication was brilliant.

Fingers crossed the brilliant service continues.

As above and the taste of the liquid seems very good.So good prices and good purchases so I will be watching this site.Again he has had problems in the past but who can say they have never slipped up and I believe everyone deserves a second chance

If he keeps getting reviews like this then he could turn his business around, only time will tell.
He will have lost some good customers along the way but hopefully that's a lesson learnt.

as documented the problems you had were personal and most likely would have put to an end most peoples buisness
as you`re back and making a go of things it seems only fair a 2nd chance is order fo the day
perhaps you could get a sig to help people along to your site
people will make thier own minds up..as im new and dint know u before i wont have any quarrels using you but at the same time will tread on caution and probably order small until good relations/trust are built up, cant say fairer than that tbh

Everyone does deserve a second chance, but Freddo has let people down on more than one occasion in the past - initially going back several months ago & then again on his "closing down" sale, so already had a second chance. There were not only threads on here from unhappy customers but also on UKV at the time.

Kev, as Freddo has had his vendor status removed, he can not add a link to his website in his signature. His status is being discussed once again in the staff room & I will go with the majority decision.

I understand fully, hopefully in the next few months as i build back the trust and respect of those who i have let down we can forget about all of this, and trust me I am certainly not proud of what has happened ! I will continue to to provide a good service from now on and NOT let personal issues bring me and the business down!
