What a lot of bovine splatteridge!
Company broke forum rules & was rightly banned.
100% onside with you Chrissie & I very much doubt they've a leg to stand on.

Please will someone pick their rattle up and chuck it back in their pram? Taking it to court indeed, never heard anything so bloody childish. Courts deal with criminals, not sour grapes.

100% behind Chrissie on this one. All the time I have spent on this forum I have only known Chrissie to be kind, fair and civil with all members no matter who they are. Slander....now that's a joke!
P.S If you do not click Like on this post, I'll sue the lot of you.

Just posted on UKV.
I C&P`d it there before they change it again.RE: Go 4 Smoke does legal action against AAEC Regarding court action against Chrissie, we have heard alot of stories saying we are going for aaec the site its self and we are not. we are very upset that we could not get an apology for the remarks she has made. Other member on there are suggesting they could support her in breaking my legs if need be, what members on AAEC have not heard is our side of the story and have not seen the apology we made to her over a week ago on other websites, 3 times for our employees mistake. we understand their dont like spammers And can fully understand why they had to ban us for the spam, but to say we are bribing people on a public forum is really wrong. We know AAEC has alot of good content, and people on thier the last thing we wanted to do was go with court action, but Chrisse is the domain holder refused to remove the threads about us. we didn't read your vendor rules and did not mean to cause offence!" end of story we have said lots of apologies to her with private messages. we ask you to be truthfull Chrissie. We did not want to cause any harm, and again we stress we are sorry for whats happend, we told chrissie what our staff member was going through at the time, and was thinking correctly, and know even though hes caused us alot of stress, everybody deserves a second chance, it was in a sense our fault for not giving him more clear instructions and handing him control, at the time hes mother had just died, he was a uni and needed a job, he was a very close friend of mine in real life, this is a family run business and we try very hard to help others. And we are sorry for making this clear to everyone after waiting for 1 week patiently, and i know alot of you wont be bothered, but the fact is slandering hurts in a public way, Slander can be very costly for business... A simple sorry should of been enough to end the misunderstanding but they refused to put them down such slander does not reflect the quality of the business that go for smoke is. We have been attacked in many forms all week chrissie new full well what we was going through, with all the messages i sent to her. thank for reading im sure alot of you are sick and tired on seeing these threads, and have better things to do with your lifes, we did not aim in anyway to go for aaec their are alot of good people on these forums as well as aaec. Phill as been kind enough to reopen the thread thankyou. Ps Clare EDIT: Maybe move this thread to Members area Chrissie. This piece is nothing more than a grammatical embarrassment. If any lawyer reads that alone, they'll piss their silks laughing at such P4 grammar.

Didn't dare not like krueger!!! As for being just a vendor I totally agree. There are some super vendors out there, Jason and FOTT are two who immediately spring to mind from personal knowledge and I've heard it said pixie is alright too ( ) (other good vendors are available too-cover my back quickly). Then there are those who are definitely 'just vendors' )

I wonder if vendors now think if they threaten legal action, owners of sites will simply close down their forums?

I think (and it's only my opinion, FWIW) that it's a really, really good idea, if you plan on threatening legal action, to start by threatening legal action for something that the alleged perpetrator (that's the person who did it, if anyone needs help with the big words ) HAS done, rather than a random word you might have read heard somewhere. But hey, what do I know?

I know that we are trying to let this die down........ but she really does live in a dream world
RE: Go 4 Smoke does legal action against AAEC
Yes this will be my last post on the subject, i was just telling half the story, im sure you dont want to waste your time, we only asked Chrissie to remove a thread in a nice manner.
Chrissie has allowed members on her domain to make lots of attack threats against us., including coming over to our house where we live, people really should think twice before making such threats on forums, we all have lifes to lead and responsibilities.
We will still continue help people in our shop and online our customers know how good we are at our service we provide
And we are sorry for any worry caused to an AAEC member, we want to try and resolve this matter as adults, we dont want to aaec shut down.
and again Thankyou Phil for allowing us to post.
And my response

I'm sorry................. but Chrissie has not allowed members on the forum to make attack threats........ including going to where you live........... you seriously must live in a dream world
Personally I find your whole tirade against AAEC quite frankly laughable......... you are not putting your company in a good light at all.
Speaking as a part owner of a company (not vaping related) I would seriously suggest that you train your staff to a standard that is acceptable and when posting on forums read terms and conditions of forums very carefully before posting

As they're continuing to post negative comments and a direct personal attack on a public forum (albeit with appaling spoolding nad grummor) is it not now 'they whom I won't credit with naming' that are I indulging in slander? Maybe making the whole communication between the two parties would make it obvious to all that they're talking bull. Maybe also giving them the legal definition of slander would make them stop spouting such nonsense!

Now that really is liable as it's an outright lie!
Oh they should indeed - the only threats that have been made are by go4smoke.

Maybe also giving them the legal definition of slander would make them stop spouting such nonsense! I think anyone with a scrap of common sense will figure out they're talking bull, writing bull too!! They don't have a leg to stand on & they've now advertised that they are most definitely not a vendor to do business with. Laughable that they took it over to another forum, as that's even more vapers they have shown their colours too. Best let them get on with it, doing their business even more damage, (as if they haven't done enough already) & lay the whole sorry tale to rest.

It should be stressed, it was never the intention to harm Go4smokes business, when they earned themselves a ban on AAE-C . . . for behaviour that wouldn't be tolerated by any forum and following a previous warning from Chrissie. They are making a remarkably good job of ruining their business themselves now.
