Although I fully support her and this forum, I dont think we should post anything that can inflame the situation, and make it worse.

The thread on UKV has just been pointed out to me.

For starters, they can't sue me for "slander" as I've never actually spoken to them or about them to anyone. They can't do me for libel either as I only stated the facts of what they did on 2 threads in here -

Unfortunately they really don't seem to have any understanding that as an employer they are responsible for the actions of their employees if those employees are acting on behalf of their employer, which the employee clearly was according to G4Smokes own statement. Even if the employee put their own spin on an instruction it's still the employer's responsibility to ensure instructions are being carried out correcty, especially when 3rd parties / customers are involved.

Chrissie has every right to protect her own forum & the members she is responsible for from "injury"
