Hi Scylla and Chrissie, thank you Scylla for the photo advise ( I still managed to get it wrong) and thank you Chrissie for putting it right! My juice arrived OK, so I have put Graham's tank away for him (got sick of throwing the ball !)

I'm not allowed to use my 510 at work, without going to a smoke shelter. The reason given is that if other people see the vapour, they will think I am smoking and will do so themselves. I can see this point of view, but still think it's a trifle harsh to sit there smelling their smoke, not that their smoke bothers me in any way, but its the principle of the thing!

That's a bit mean Kat, considering you're not smoking . . . still if you could convert all the smokers, maybe you could have a Vaper's Revolt! Or there's always stealth vaping . . . I do mine in the Vitamin cupboard at work.

I also think it is harsh Kat And agree, it is the principle that matters. By using an e-cig you aren't breaking any smoking bans & all your boss's need to do is let other employees know that you are not smoking.

Wow you must have lots of vitamins lol I don't mind so much, because this is where people are asking the big questions. What are you doing? and Where can I get one? Just don't like to be told what to do by someone who knows less than I do about it! Yes there are a few! Yes I had a sneaky vape in the loo, but someone walked in and I nearly choked, brings back old memories lol

Perpy works in Holland & Barrett, so yes, she's got lots of vits I too think your employer is harsh, Kat. Some people don't get it because they don't want to > scylla

Its the old chestnut "there's non so blind as them that don't look where they're going" No thats not it! The employers are always pushing "new concepts" " change can only be a good thing" and " we encourage new ideas" It has to be their concept, change and new idea, because if its yours you are a twerp and you don't know what you are talking about! I told my manager about my e-cigarette and he said "Oh for God's sake go to the doctor and get something called champix and you will stop smoking in a week." I thought to myself, not if it makes me put on about 2 stone, and want to eat anything that doesn't move!!

And makes you commit suicide OK, I know that's over the top - but there are worse possible side effects with Champix than with e-cigs - active or passive vaping > scylla

Plus Scyl, Champix/Chantix causes vivid night terrors and is not very effective at helping people to quit smoking.

WOW, that is nasty. My doctor didn't believe me 4 years ago, when I told him that the nicotine patches gave me nightmares, so I thought it was just me. They did though, I never remember if I dream or not, but when I tried the patches, I was chased until I dropped for 3 nights running, and then the patches went in the bin. I was a little worried about the e-cig as I thought I may have nightmares again, but NO, sleep like a warthog, no probs! It's a week tomorrow!!! The longest I have been without a fag since the age of 12 YIPEE!

Kat, both Jerry & Scylla are right. Champix has many bad side effects - from nightmares to suicidal thoughts

I had night terrors (also "sleep paralysis") with valium, many years ago. At the time I didn't know what the cause was, I was convinced I was "haunted". Lol @ "sleep like a warthog" scylla
