Found these guys here in uk, no minimum order and tubes in pyrex and quartz. No prices on website though. These guys are connected to the American company offering .29 wall pyrex.

Had another go at it:
Thin walled 3mm Borosilicate glass tubing with a 500 SS mesh powered with my .44 mini boost mod and an 18500 battery.
8 wraps of 28ga Kanthal A1 wire, 4.8 ohms at 6 volts.
The glass tubing sits on top of the tank top plate and does not go into the tank. Vapor escapes from the top and bottom of the tubing.

Vape is not as good as it looks. If I block off half of the side air hole it does vape a lot better.

What I did was put a piece of tape over the air hole and popped a hole with a staple and that seems to have improved the vape but I'm not totally satisfied.
