I bought one of these to charge my batteries from Vape Escape this week and just want to know I'm doing things right, as it seems very quick at charging the batteries (1hr 30mins for one)
The light on the plug stays green? when the battery is charged the light on the charger turns from red to green?
I know people will say read the manual......... but the manual is very limited and I cant seem to find one on line............ I must be a dork lol!!!

Don't worry esme, I couldn't make head nor tail of the X-tar instructions when I got it either! Blummin Chinglish Do have a look at the top of it, next to the output socket. For most batteries and especially 18350s and other smaller ones, I believe it's best to have the switch set to 0.5 (in the middle)

I find with a dead battery (set in the middle) it'll take around 1-2 hours to re-charge on an XTar. This morning bizarrely it only took around 45 minutes... Go figure.

I've got the SP2, middle setting on this is 1amp.
I couldn't say if it's a quick charge or not as i've never timed it & i haven't really used anything else to compare it against.

Esme, I only use the 0.5 setting even for my 18650s ! I think there's a reason for it, Gordy will know, ask him
