Having got into supplying sort of by accident i am a bit concerned about e liquid labelling. From what i can see lots of vendors buy liquid from Hangsen Dekang etc as i do and then just stick their branding on them, this is not something i really wanted to do as i just wanted to be a completely honest supplier but am i leaving myself open because the original labels are not really labelled hazardous? I have looked at various vendors and most do not seem to bother but i want to do this properly. ShoWould i be better to have bottles re labeled with my logo and then state original manufacture. I am early days at the moment and have too much to learn with regards to the huge amount of products mods etc so i prefer to try things out before i even think about putting it out for sale, so at least i know what i am talking about. simon

I thought re branding a product and saying its your own was illegal? (if not, anyone want to buy any Chiller-Cola? (also available as Diet-Chiller, Cherry-Chiller and new Chiller-Zero)

Its just a basic keep out of reach of children label though, as i said i was never really bothered about the branding side but in this instance it might be better to re label as e liquid is the one thing the powers that be could really make life difficult for vendors easily.

I have young children aged from 2 to 6 my first liquids came today and as children are they were curious as to what they where. I was just about to explain that they were dangerous when the eldest saw the toxic warning picture and told the other two present that they where dangerous and could kill you. I obviously explained a little more and they will be kept well out of their way but the warning symbol was enough for them to understand not to touch anyway and they've not been concerned about them since. I would at least ensure they have that over anything else.

To comply with CHIP regulations, most of the Chinese e-liquids need relabelled and a tactile triangle warning label also applied. I supplied Dekang with my label design including appropriate warnings/symbols and they were able to do it. I just apply the tactile warning labels at this end and state on my website who supplies it.

postmodern do you have a picture of it? I have no problem with dekang and hangsen liquids and am happy supplying them so not sure about putting my chip complient label on but original labels are not really clear about dangers!

Simbo I think you should have looked into "what is the legality of these things" before you became a vendor In fact just about all of your posts on here have been asking for advice on how to conduct your business. That's not what the Vendors board is meant for.

Don't ask questions you don't learn and i was given some good advice, even the largest business started small i will never pretend to know everything about every e cig related item but i will try to learn and not really sure where on the forum i should have posted question as i find it a bit confusing. but happy to learn!!
