Just stocked up on some nautilus x coils here. Not everything is reduced but some of the prices are reasonable especially for coils. Worth a look www.vapers-e-sense.co.uk/

Used them twice, both orders had items missing. Would never use them again.

Good offer, do you know how long the code lasts for? I see they have 20 ml bottles of 24mg at £3 which seems very cheap already... Would be good for my misses since she still on the strong stuff Looking on their site the 24mg are now down to £1.20 for 20ml

That really gives them the upper hand to do whatever they like then. Advertise goods they don't have, take your cash, do what they like with it then give it back, eventually, without penalty. That means they can "borrow" folks money and because of their terms and conditions, are under no legal obligation to send you anything. IMO, it's time to bid GB farewell. In that case you would have to remove 99% of all vendors as its a pretty basic term and condition of most online purchases these days that the contract isn't completed until at the very earliest dispatch.

I thought UK consumer law meant you had to honour an advertised price. Didn't Argos get caught out a few times? Surely you have to comply with UK law to sell in the UK? I'm a UK customer and here in the UK the price advertised must be honoured by law. I suggest you abide by UK law if you wish to continue selling to the UK. If you are not able to honour UK law I suggest you stop selling to the UK. Gearbest do not need too and have no legal requirement to fullfill the orders, there is no law in the UK that requires all pricing errors to be honoured and you tend to see a lot of these issues when websites make a mistake. When you enter into a contract to purchase anything you agree to the terms and conditions of sale from whoever you are purchasing from. In the terms and conditions it will state when your contract with them to supply the goods will start so you have to check these things when you accept those terms and conditions from a site (or simply not buy from them). Most websites have it in their terms and conditions that the contract isn't completed until dispatch which means up to that point either the retailer or yourself can cancel the contract without any penalties. Gearbest have it in their terms and conditions that completion isn't until supply of the goods not on payment so they can refund and cancel without penalty. There is no law that requires retailers to honour prices in retail stores either just to correct and refund the difference if you have already purchased something and then spot a pricing error as at that point you have entered into and completed the contract to purchase. Up to the point of purchese pricing errors can be fixed and provided you are aware of the correct price they can charge you the correct price as no contract is in place.

Distance selling regulations havent been in force for some 18 months or so now, they where replaced with the consumer contract regulations. Main difference was the increase of 14 days to examine goods you purchase and still be able to return if you change your mind, Retailers have to refund within 14 days of you returning the goods or 14 days of you giving them proof you sent the goods back. They can also make deductions if you have used the products more then was necessary for the examination or inspection upon receiving them. They can't refuse a refund if you have used them more than would be expected but they can reduce the refund.
Consumer rights act 2015 has also replaced the SOGA, main points you can now request a refund and reject something if you purchased it and it becomes faulty within 30 days (there never used to be a specified timescale) failed repairs is now set at 1 before you can request a refund. worth taking a read of as theres nothing worse than having an issue and quoting out of date laws and info.

How long have you been trying to get in contact with them? Never used them but they don't appear to be open over the weekend. They have full contact address details on their website under the contact info page and googling that appears to show them as an active LTD business (although a couple of businesses are registered to the address)

How long have you worked there? If it's less than two years you have very limited rights and essentially they could fire you for any reason they wish anyway provided it doesn't impact on protected status is disability or sex etc etc. If it's more than 2 years I would definitely stand your ground if there is no written guidelines that you are aware of AND acknowledged (by way of signing either in training or your terms of employment) less than two years it's always best not to get employers backs up too much so although I would make my point on the above reasoning re training and awareness of policies I wouldn't be going in guns blazing.

I've always vaped high nic 18/24 mainly 24, bought a TFV4 recently filled it with 18mg nearly blew my lungs out, dropped straight down to 6mg and not even missing the nic at all. I stopped smoking completely years ago when I started vaping then reverted to 1/2 cigs in the morning just because I didn't seem to get enough nic before work now I'm back to just vaping again since starting with my sub.
I'm debating the next lot of juice I order dropping down to 3mg so I'll have dropped right down from 24 to 3 in a couple of purchases.
