No Stinkies for over a week

Hi all

Just an update from me.
Smoked stinkies for over 20 years and upto approx 20 a day !! .
i recently had a sore throat and suffering headaches which i put down to the stinkies. i brought a couple of e-cigs from china just as a trial and were about 2.50 delivered. just over 2 weeks ago i had had enough of feeling bad with the sore throat as it wasnt shifting so i said thats it.
i dropped the stinkies and started on the e-cig. although quite poor they kept me going until i found this site.
i was recommended the CE5 starter kit which i purchased. took 2 days to arrive.once i filled it up and took my first vape i knew that was it for good for the stinkies.
been over a week now and whilst using the ce5 i have not really had the urge to go back to the stinkies. i can now sit at work,watch tv and so on without harming myself and other people.
and my sore throat went within 2 days!! ok so i have had a headache but i am using 18mg strength at the moment.
to other people perhaps reading all about e-cigs etc...you must go for it.
i think you get the both best of both worlds. you get the hit you want but is much better for you, also an excellent aid to reduce and give it all up for good.
i cant thank the people on here enough for the warm welcome and the help they have given me.

its really good how many positive things people say about these e-cigs. loads of the smokers at work luv the look of it and when they try it they are amazed how good they actually are. im trying to convert every one of them !!
and yes i will need to get all the spares and try different juices other than tobacco, and if anyone wants to help a newbie out

I switched from menthol/tobacco ejuice as soon as possible. I'm loving the fruit and sweet flavours I got. Pay day tomorrow and can't wait to try some more! There's a whole new world out there, and it doesn't stink!
