Personally i think "customer support" should come on here and sort this out once and for all,do you really think people are going to purchase from you when you cant be arsed to sort out a simple problem

Well said River, I for one would never buy from them. I want 100% support from any suppliers I use, this is not one of them.. Totally unprofessional attitude they have, take the money & run! >

Thanks everyone, however customer support did e mail me back eventually, and it has now been escalated to a paypal claim, so I no longer need to talk to them, it's all in the laps of the gods (internet money gods) now. XXX

Hi again,

We have received the paypal claim.
I never knew of these issues if it was not for Sadie.
We do not take people's money and run. We analyse the issue, and make the decision if it is misuse or not. Many times we had items returned so it could be analysed for what's going on and also base the decision on that.

As for the other thread, the lavatubes that are for sale are the original one's and still are the first batch that came out (not clones or whatever).
They are not for sale for some type of defect or flaw (promotion or not).
They are usually in promotions since we had a big stock of them and were still V1 units.

Once again, all issues are directed to the customer support to be analysed by THE OWNER of the company.

I am not authorized to say much more as this post i am making is not even my job and by doing it is on my responsability.

I can and will, however, reply to all PM's for any issues/problems that may occur but you need to realize that my hands are tied when it comes to these types of issues since i can't even know who bought what, when and for how much.

If you want my personal opinion, you did well on filling the claim since you find that the answer that was given was not good for you and i advise EVERYONE to do it.
