Amazing how much bad PR you can get out of not accepting that every now and again, no matter how good the product, one will be a dud. And that the customer is always right, even when/if they're wrong.
Without getting into the DSR.
I had a similar problem with another Euro seller which got to a Paypal dispute (found in my favour, but silly it needed to get that far - a fivers worth of clearos).
Now I just stick to (smaller?) local vendors, who post regularly, and I can contact the 'owner' easily if anything goes wrong. Not that it has.

totally agree fagin, ive had several things not work ,but all were uk based small and friendly vendors ,it was never more than a email or phone call before they 100% either replaced or offered full refund and through this i eagerly return to buy more products from them knowing if it dont work they dont make excuses

And, I personally am not comfortable with a Vendor being flamed, on one person's partial experience, which is what is happening here.

It's the season of goodwill, so I would kindly ask Members to refrain from further inflammatory comment, no matter how well intentioned that might be.

It's unfortunate that when a transaction goes bad with a vendor it can easily overshadow all the good work they do. I don't usually get involved with disputes of this kind but whilst I feel for Sarah I would like to mention that me and the wife have made several purchases from 2Smok and all have been great. One of the orders contained a wrong liquid, this was dealt with straight away at no cost or inconvenience to us. I'm not trying to sway any opinions, I just think it's fair for people to hear about someone elses experience with 2Smok.

Here's a wee indicator how good João is.....

I ordered a Vinci from him, not cheap by any means, it arrived and immediately wasn't happy so he said not a problem send it back.

I was a bit miffed really as wanted to review it, he said review it as it is, just do an honest review and we will give you a full refund when it comes back,

For me, sad about the mod but so impressed with the level of service given by João.
