Better to up your nic level than smoking--you'll be uping it anyway if you do start again.

Also how many flavours do have on the go. Right now I have 7 ( omg didn't realise it was that many). These are spread out amoungst carts & CE2s, I only use novas for my all day vape, then if I start to feel itchy I just swap to a different flavour . . sorted.

I have about 5 fruits, and use the rebuiildable ce5's. After trying others I prefer these, although yet to try a nova

I agree with all the above, If I were you I would up the nic level and then perhaps at a later stage you can start bringing it down again.....Well done on being off the fags for three months

For some its instant, for others it takes a little time and for some it takes a little more time.
It took me a year to become completely CIG free, when the craving came on I simply lit a fag- for me it was a case of 3 or4 puffs and throwing it away again because It tasted rank but I needed to be reminded a few times

Mmm, I get a lot of that and every now and again it does get to me too!

Mostly, I just don't care though. I suppose the p*ss taking from the smokers is probably the worst >

I know what you're saying about not wanting to spoil it, but you may be surprised at what would happen if you did have a ciggie, I'm quite sure it would taste vile to you

Really feel for you and there is no right or wrong answer ! I started off having the odd one or two at around the 6 month mark and really wished I hadn't as I started smoking again for about a month but now getting back into vaping again. The thing with me is if you are doing both the hit from a cig is soooo much better that when you do pick up the ecig it's just a disappointment although tastes soo much better. Try having some higher nic in for those harder times and try a cig you might hate it you might love it but you won't know until you try

I started on 18mgs after a 20+ rollies a day habit,i did have a 24mgs juice but that just stripped my throat and blew my head off.If i get a 12mg juice i find its lacking so i think 18mgs is the one for me.As for juices,have you tried Alba Vapours Swedish Fish?Its an amazing juice and if you like fruit based juices youre gonna go mad for this one.

I bought some of Flavourarts BiteXtra 38mg Full Hit for the days when I'm craving for a fag plus I've spent a few bob on vaping gear now , spending out on a Touchwood and waiting 3 months for it to be made has been a great incentive not to pick up a fag

ooohhhh , it's harsh , I went for vanilla tahity .....I used to smoke 20/30 marlboro reds a day so I'm used to coughing my lungs up but this stuff certainly hits the spot when you've vaped all day & you've killed your taste buds , its bordering on nice if you get my drift ....when all else fails I reach for my BiteXtra

Omg this stuff would knock my socks off I struggle vaping anything above 18mg and I am steady away with my 22mg emergency juice

You can get it in lower strengths Queenie, even in 0mg it just hits harder so gives that extra omph

This one REALLY bugs me. No, I'm not smoking - I am not setting fire to anything, I am not inhaling smoke (and the 4000+ chemiclas in that smoke, quite a few of which are known carcinogens) ergo I am NOT smoking. Grrrrrrrr!

Andy, I watched a review of this a few weeks ago, is it tarty. I like Vapology Blackcurrant, forest fruits. occasionally abit of pixie Pineapple.

Also Dark Cherry & cherry I loved but only on the odd occasion. I also love wickeds double mint. Strawberry just occasionally as well.

Have just had a brandy delivered, not tried yet.
