I really want to shout, have you looked have you read. 1 bloke I work with a smoker did. He say's I am still smoking. He's a MR Web kinda guy. And duely printed off a page of negative, for a colleague of mine. Who was concerned I was poisening her.

Ignore them,if they are too stupid to be able to understand the difference between smoking and vaping thats their problem.Theres planty of stuff out there on the pros and cons of vaping.As for the concerned person,if she uses or has used an inhaler then the chances are shes inhaled PG.As for the rest they are all food flavourings found in all kinds of food,so she shouldnt worry.

Well, I can't add much more to what's been said already really. Up your nic levels, get some extra strength juice for when the cravings kick in, and remind yourself how much cleaner your lungs and clothes are already because you are not burning tobacco.
We all get cravings, and we all cave in from time to time, but every day you go without is a step in the right direction.
Keep positive, and keep us posted, so that we can help you through this. I'm a relative newbie in terms of the time I've been vaping (10 weeks) but after 35+ years of smoking roll-ups and a pipe, I still can't quite believe that I'm off tobacco. I did try a roll-up after 2 weeks of vaping and it tasted like burning rubber, and horrible. You'll get there!!!

I tried cutting my nic %, just vaped twice as much. I'm currently trying 0 nic for the first couple of hours of the day. Seems to be going better after 10 days or so. Then again, my 0 nic does have a lot of caffeine in it

I smoked golden virginia for 35yrs, tried to pack up smoking for 15yrs but was unable to.
bought my ecig 10 days ago, and now have been packed up smoking for ten days, i don't even think about rolling one up, think its because i vape 24 mg e liquid, but i am vaiping alot, I feal loads better in myself, and i dont smell of tobaco , i sleep better, no achey chest no weezing no coughing in the mornings, and even my food tastes better, and the wierd fealing is i feal more awake. thank god for E cigs,
im not worried about the cost at the moment im spending a fortune on e liquid and spares , but i dare say it will all calm down soon once ive got my fave liquid .
so my tip to you is up the strenth of your liquid and you will be fine

It would be such a shame to spoil things by going back to smoking after doing so well for so long without a cigarette. If I were you, I would definitely try upping your nicotine level first. I've recently gone from 18mg down to 8mg but find I do miss the throat hit so I have the odd blast of higher nic juice throughout the day.

The Bitextra sounds interesting! If I were to get some unflavoured, 0mg, how much would I need to add to my liquids to get a bit more throat hit?

No not at all,its quite difficult to explain but here goes.Its like Haribo style jelly fruit sweets(Its NOT like Gummi Bears juice,thats just yukky)nice and clear mouthwatering flavours,then you get a "fizz" and a taste of the old fashioned "Refreshers sweets",its not overpowering but just enough to notice,its a "one off" flavour that doent really have an equal.It was one of my first juices and i LOVE it(almost as much as GVC)sadly the 18mg strength is out of stock at the moment.Also you dont really need to steep this juice either,its a great all day vape!

Just wanted to make sure you are still on the wagon?

I only stopped smoking 4 weeks ago after 28 years and I was on between 25 - 30 Royals a day.

First week was real hard and I was chaining the cartos, 3 or 4 a day, but I had a breakthrough when I upped the nic from 16/18 to 22/24mg.

Only using 2 a day since then and having fun now I'm experimenting with juice.

Support your nicotine addiction while your mind and restless hands get over the physical addiction, then take it from there.
