Message for all forum moderators

Having been a member for a few weeks now and a lot of time reading and learning all about my new way of life I would just like to say a big thank you and pat on the back to all the forum moderators. It dawned on me this morning just how hard they must work. There is such a wealth of information and help on this forum all put together and organised fabulously.

Very true dolly. And what we don't see is the management of spammers and other undesirables that is dealt with firmly and quickly behind the scenes for our benefit, so that the forum always appears like a true community

Very true. I do know how much work can be involved. I used to live in Australia and was a moderator for an expats forum. It can be such a headache. Lots of politics, wave smoothing and diplomacy required!!

I've got to admit, this place has become my second home since I joined. I don't think I've ever missed a day of coming and having a chin wag with people. Fantastic friendly atmosphere, I wish it was an actual building like a social club or something

I do have a question though... When are you putting up the christmas decorations?

Thanks from me too, not only to Chrissie and all the mods, who do a brilliant job of running the forum but to the members who contribute to help make it such a great forum as well. I'm a member of several forums but think this is the best one. When I first joined, I was made to feel so welcome and everyone was so friendly and helpful.
