Yesterday my spinner 1300mah died on me and its not even a month old! Was not happy today not being able to spin to different voltages for different juices but i got by with my standard ego 900mah batterys. I got home at about 6pm reached in my pocket for my vaping case and shock horror ive left it on my desk at work! This is not good! All i have left to vape with is a intermittently faulty cigalike battery its hell! Its made me realize i need more kit though and was wondering if i should go for a couple of twists instead of a spinner. Are they more reliable or have i just been unlucky? Anyone got any other recommendations for inexpensive but reliable vv devices?

I've been very happy with my Twists although it is annoying that the marking on it are so difficult to read I'm also very happy with this and joking apart, you can't have enough back ups, so easy to leave e-cigs at work/friends houses/in pockets/in cars............... there's not many places left where I can go but be able to put my hands on a back up

mzal are you sure it's dead? Have you tried easing the centre post up a tad?

I checked it with a multimeter and its putting out 2.6v at max and 1.7 at min and it wont charge. It just stopped working suddenly. It had been charged in the morning and i normally charge it every two days so it should have had plenty of charge.

If the centre pin has been pushed down on either the battery or the charger it won't make contact properly with the charger, worth a shot?

I'm reading more and more tales of dying spinners Had my twists since july and they work faultlessly Yep, not as reliable as the Twist.. My first 650 mAh twist from June is still going strong..My first 1300 mAh spinner from last month is dead with no obvious circuit damage..

Its not good at all. I don't expect things to last forever but mine has only been charged about 15 times! I don't know if they come with any warranty but have messaged the seller telling them about the problem so just waiting to hear back. Ive seen batterys on other sites saying they have a 30 day warranty but cant find anything on the site i bought mine.

This is why I use my e-cig on a lanyard. It is always right there where I can find it. It is never put down anywhere until I go to bed at night and it goes back round my neck when I get dressed in the morning.
Even when I am using the ProVari at home in the evening, the ego on the lanyard is still there for when I am out with the dogs or summoned by she who must be obeyed.
Handy when I am working, handy when I'm driving. I don't use it all the time, but it is there, all the time.
