True about the battery life, I guess I'll have enough 18650 mods soon, can get a bit heavy to carry also so good to have some lighter ones too. Yea the light show sounds good
I suppose the xtar's can charge the batts to keep things extra safe, I read about ego batts getting totalld when charging through usb, although its possible those reports were of ego clones and dodgy chargers.
I'd stick the whole mod in a lipo safe sack but then its cheaper to replace a charger if theres a problem.
Main reason I've become cautious with any of these batteries is cos one of my 18650's rapidly discharged and sounded like it was about to take off when charging a while back lol
Maybe theyll b a co-op or something, then I can get both this and the evic and other bits n pieces

Im gonna get a customised tank for mine (pink of course!) to match the diameter!hmmm what could scott use...well you're probably not a pink flourescent light show kinda guy but it maaay come in useful in ways you don't know yet??? I like the idea that theres input from consumers with great ideas-oooh perhaps we can find out if theres a profile which optimises use for smoke rings!!!

Yea it would look like a rattle with one of those on top, would need a mini rebuildable, although it is a bit wider than the normal ego batts.
They say the atomiser that comes with it is specifically made, but couldnt find any specs on it. Also there doesnt seem to b any pics without the atomiser connected.
I'm sure they tested this with many rebuildables tho

Theres a product page for the cartomisers on janty.com - 4ml bottom coil carto's, come in 2,2.5 & 3ohm resistance theyre 4euro on the site.

Would be funny to add a tank around that carto heh, have a smaller bung at the top to accomodate the cone shape.
Looks like the 85 euros is for the device + usb only, but the starter kit comes with the batteries and ultra fast stand alone charger, possibly both come with cartos, but its not mentioned in the device only bit, only from the pics.

After reading everything about this and the joyetech eVic, the eVic is a much better choice imo.
Similar price, does a very similar thing, does not use stacked batteries, does have a very nice looking lcd screen, does allow you to tweak the settings on the fly, does not charge you more to add more features, does look nicer than this.
I know which I'd buy

As a newcomer to all this vaping malarkey, I wouldn't know *where* joyetech and janty sit in the great table of e-cig mass manufacturers. Also, what of anything with a "Vision" branding?

Either way, I guess with current expansion, they're all going to win BIG time.

At one time, DJS, they sat together - what Janty designed, Joyetech manufactured - the eGo, for instance, was a Janty product, made by Joyetech and re-branded the Tornado in some parts. There has been a parting of the ways, though, and interesting times are ahead - of that I'm sure...
