Was in the pub last night with my non-VV Gripper. Was happy in the knowledge I had 3 dual coil xl carto's with me and a spare battery. 1st was on its way out, a 2nd had had a days usage and I had a 3rd newly filled.
The 3rd happened to be a clear type with the plastic housing. Happily I chucked the 1st, 2nd was getting a bit dry so I topped it up and let it settle. So, there's me thinking I'll try out the newly filled 3rd one ... disaster. The plastic had expanded from the saturated filler making it impossible to fit in the Gripper recess. I'd bought a couple of these since you can see the fill status and the look would be hidden by the Gripper tube. Not ordering anymore of these.
Anyone else obsessed with vaping contingency plans and backups for backups?

I always have back ups with me... .... and yes, I'm a bit obsessed, my last 2 holidays I put more thought into what vaping gear to take with me than what clothes

I've run out of juice, had dead batteries and even forgotten to take one out with me at all, but it hasnt been the end of the world. I honestly don't think I'm addicted to vaping nearly as much as I was to smoking, and after a year off the ciggies, I can go full days without nicotine. It isn't exactly easy, and Id rather have a vape with me, but I don't start thinking about hunting down a disposable ecig vendor or anything like that, just count down the hours until I can get to my kit I think I could quit vaping any time I wanted to now, it's more of a hobby than an addiction, though without actually trying, I cant say that with any certainty, and I don't intend to try any time soon.
