Is my charger or battery dying?? My fairly new ego battery doesn't seem to be charging properly and I'm not sure if it's the battery or charger. I don't have another battery to test the charger on or visce versa my other battery is a passthrough so different charger. It only lasts a couple of hours even after 3-4 hours charge and the light on the charger isn't going green like it used to. Help!

Perhaps the centre pin on the batterys got pushed in ? You could try gently trying to ease it up a little - only about 1mm.

Erm the battery I am the charger is a big gunked up but it was passed along to me from some kind person on here and it was working fine. I'll give it another go over with the alcohol wipes.
Ill look at the centre pin too thanks

check the centre pin on the charger as well as the one on the battery

The centre pin on the charger looks really flat. So I've pulled it up and now cleaned it looks like its lost some of its chrome coating round the edges of the centre pin.
