I ordered a vamo and a 50ml bottle of liquid. I would quite happily have a refund on the liquid and just have the vamo but since he wont reply to emails, it makes it diifficult to tell him this! When did you order?

I was gonna order a vamo from here but with lots of folks having probs and the price has risen to 49.99 usd I think I'll give it a miss. Must say I'm still tempted tho as halfway through writing this I changed my mind twice...is the kit still a good deal at 50 dollars - is that bout 35 quid?

Once you register and log in the prices change for the VAMO to the lower prices. Forget about getting the kit though, the batteries and charger which come with it aren't worth anything, best place for them in in the bin. Get the body only and buy some decent batteries and a charger from a UK vendor, or lighting company.

I have just emailed him - 3rd time with no reply - to say that unless he makes contact with me within the next 12 hours, I shall be opening a paypal claim - I'm glad Im not the only one that thinks it is out of order. I could understand if it was a case of me just not receiving it but its the fact I have had no contact that makes it worse. Now I have given him the chance to get in touch or I will claim the money back through other means.

I have an open order (not my first which arrived fine) with a Phoenix RBA and stupidly a sample of eliquid I added at the last minute. Placed early Dec and not shipped due to the eliquid shipping issue. I've asked him to refund the eliquid cost and ship only the Phoenix. Not had an update yet ... will give til next week and also raise a PayPal claim I think.
Suspect he has been inundated with orders and has a back log - at his prices, its quite easy to add a bottle of glug in for $1. When the shipping issue arrived, he probably should have closed any eliquid orders. Shame really.

am also considering a PayPal claim. I know $12 dollars isn't masses but it's the principle of the matter as well as anything else now. all he needed to do was reply to an e mail.

Just pulled this from the site, added in the last hour I think.
Vaporbreak DIscount Vapor and Electronic Cigarette Supplies IMPORTANT NOTICE: A small percentage orders with lots of e-liquid in the package recently bounced customs and are being returned to us. Most get through ok however some do not. We are resending them ASAP as our shipping agent seems to think it will be safe. If you are missing a tracking number this may be the reason why. Getting a bit pissed off with this now, If there are any outstanding issues can you please send them to me by PM, include every bit of info that you have, date, order number, tracking number(if you have one) and an explanation of the problem, as much info as you have. He doesnt speak a word of English so it aint easy lol. I will collate them all and see what can be done. Even if you have told me something before about an order, can you re submit a PM so I can start from scratch. If you have gone the Paypal route, then obviuously I dont want to know about it, just current problems that havent been dealt with by Vaporbreak. I dont get anything from them, but I feel a bit responsible and want to sort it all out if possible. I have said this to them many times "IT IS ALL ABOUT COMMUNICATION" simples

It's not your fault at all Robby so dont feel responsible, it was our choice to place the order, you just found a cracking deal which has helped many people out and saved them lots of money. Unfortunately there are still some who havent received theirs and are angry that they are not getting a reply. I have opened a dispute in Paypal to see if that get's their attention, if not, after the 24 hours, I will upgrade it to a claim so that I can get my money back.
Thanks for your assistance so far Robby, you've done everyone on here a great service going back and forth and it's much appreciated.

you have no reason to feel responsible Robby! but if you really want to take it on I won't stop you I'd prefer avoiding PayPal claim as I think it was an honest mistake, but the not replying to e mails has passed me off !!! think about whether you really want to take it on first though as you are in no way obliged to.
