Just pulled this from the Vapobreak facebook Fan Page


"Electronic Cigarettes from Vaporbreak.com.(posted) I spoke to min last night. If your order was held in Bejing customs you should place the paypal claim and he will refund if the package was blocked. He said it seems to have happened with a small number of orders. (about 60) he has refunded most but if yours is blocked he will check the claim and refund it no problem."


I think we maybe need to be aware that they dont always know what is happening and it isnt necessarily Vaporbreak`s fault. It is such a chaotic system for tracking in China. The post above is an acknowledgement of that fact but they also recognise the need to take the Paypal dispute option. Use it as a tool, and as a way of speeding up the process. No vendor can afford to mess with Paypal ;-)

Order placed late Wedensday night (no liquid) dispatch e mail and tracking number recieved this morning. Dave

Update:
All liquid sales have been pulled from the site.
Customers can't buy liquid now.
I don't know what his mens for those of us who have just recently placed orders of juice, and I can't ask as he's not on the live chat.

i placed my order sunday and got dispatched and tracking number 1st thing monday morning
tried the tracking number just now 5 days later and it dont recognise it

Can you tell me your tracking number please Dave. It could be that it has been returned to Vaporbreak from customs.

Vaporbreak have stopped sales of E liquid for a few days so that they have some breathing space to sort out the problems and put new measures in place. Any orders made recently will be shipped as usual. Unforunately Vaporbreak have been a victim of their own success and this is probably the best way to deal with it and get things on an even keel again. There is training of new employees going on as well.

"Please note: We have also put the e-liquid on hold as we clear the current orders. This is just a precaution. As soon as we are satisfied with the smooth shipping we will return to regular sales of liquid."

Robby, I placed an order on Jan 3rd for a black chrome Vamo, Ego VV, 3 Vivi Novas and 2 x 50ml bottles juice. I've not had shipping confirmation and the order is still showing as "payment remotely accepted". I'd be quite happy to change the order to just the Ego, Vamo & Vivis and cancel the juice for a PayPal refund of the $10 plus postage difference in order to actually get the order sent out. Is there anywhere on the site I can amend the order please? I can't find it, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's not there...

I dont think there is anywhere you can amend the order. If you want to PM me your order number, I will see what I can do (when I can get hold of him).

Well, it's now a week since I originally contacted him an still have not hearxd anything back (after 3 emails). I ordered on 30/11 and think this is disgusting service! I understand that there are issues but to not even contact customers who have got in touch with them is appalling.

RObby - just wondering how you manage to get in touch with him so frequently - maybe you have some different contact details?

I've spoke to him Once on the chat box. I'm currently about to move home (after a rather unexpected talk to the brother in law) and I need to change my address before he ships my order. I can not for the life of me get hold of him. I may have to resort in a Paypal dispute.

I've just emailed him again asking him to send a replacement order via ems so I can have it in a timely manner - i think its ridiculous having to wait this long!
