Well, it's now a week since I originally contacted him an still have not hearxd anything back (after 3 emails). I ordered on 30/11 and think this is disgusting service! I understand that there are issues but to not even contact customers who have got in touch with them is appalling. RObby - just wondering how you manage to get in touch with him so frequently - maybe you have some different contact details? Cheers, Lee It is on the chat box on the webpage Lee, I do know the website designer as well who passes the odd message for me. I do know that there is a girl being trained up to handle the communications problems at the moment, but it is so hard to get someone who speaks any English at all to fill the post. The chat box on the site has a translater as part of the software, just as well as Min doesnt speak a word of English either.

No I've not had a tracking number yet Robby , I've just checked on their website and there's no tracking number yet. I placed my order on the 1-01 and it contained 250ml of liquid so there's a chance it's one that's been pulled back. I don't really want to go the PP route at the moment because I have 2 Vamo's on order and don't really want to lose that amazing price, but there's still enough time to log a PP dispute if needs be

I logged a message in PP's transaction centre yesterday, asking to cancel my order (placed 3rd Jan). Not heard anything back yet. Going to give it another couple of days max then escalate it. I really hate having to do this, but needs must I s'pose...

If you cancel, the price on the VAMO is still the same and they really wont have a problem with you cancelling.

Again, I would say dont worry about it, when it comes down to it, it is one less problem for him to sort out and that is what they are concentrating on at the moment.

E mails I find don't work with him. The Live chat is hit and miss, But I was just lucky and got a hold of him on it. We spoke for a while and my 2 liquid orders I placed a week back still hadn't been shipped, he said he was very sorry but he has decided to stop sending liquid as things aren't getting out of China at the moment. He was great and refunded my 2 orders right away while chatting into my PayPal account.
He said he finds it very hard to keep up with everything and now he has stopped selling juice for a while it will give him time to try to sort out his company. Anyone out there just try to get him on his live chat, also wait a while, I left my tab open for around 15 mins after sending him the first message on the live chat before he replied but he did reply. Same with his responses, it took 5 mins or so each time but we did have a good conversation in the end even if it did take a while..lol..
All good my end, hope anyone else will get things sorted, he's not a con man at the end of the day, if he was he would not have refunded me.

I Did also for order placed on 2cnd,and this is simply because he asked people too, not suggesting he is a con man in anyway. i think he is possibly struggling with volumes and china post returns as a 1 man band

i placed order on the 22nd dec, managed to speak to him yesterday morning and got ` now the logistic company get a machine when i post the goods they use X ray can not hide ` that is extract of my conversion with him. i got full refund and to be honest im thinking would he of given me or done anything if i had`nt got hold of him? also is all liquid from china now on hold? seems like they cannot send any out of there at the moment!!

I ordered liquid at the end of November. Communication was very poor but I'd gathered from here that liquid wasn't being shipped. I put in a PP dispute and got a full refund.

You are also protected by Paypal or your Credit Card company. Do you really think he would risk losing his Paypal status? From any dealings I have had with him he seems a fair man, he has been the victim of his own success with the VAMO and is totally snowed under. He is training new staff. When he isnt on the chat he is packing stuff up for shipment, sometimes hundreds of packages a day. If you want really good value (and I havent seen cheaper anywhere), that is the price you have to pay when getting stuff from China. He explained the problems with the e liquid and the x ray scanner. I dont really know what else you could have expected from him. From Vaporbreak site. "A small percentage orders with lots of e-liquid in the package recently bounced customs and are being returned to us. Most get through ok however some do not. We are resending them ASAP as our shipping agent seems to think it will be safe. If you are missing a tracking number this may be the reason why. If you can be patient please allow us to post the item again. We are also looking at a different shipping method for e-liquid in the future. We really aplogise for the inconvenience to our customers. it has really put us behind in fulfilling our orders. If there is any problems with orders after our second attempt to send them, we will refund them in full. So sorry for this inconvenience. Please note: We have also put the e-liquid on hold as we clear the current orders. This is just a precaution.
